The spacious all-electric ranch house features two bedrooms and a large bath which includes a washer and dryer. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa, twin loveseat sleeper and space for a queen air bed in the living room.

The kitchen is fully furnished with pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, cups, glasses, flatware, electric stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker and a table that can comfortably seat six.

The living room features a TV with DVD and VHS player and many movies to watch. Theres also a good supply of puzzles, books and board games for your leisure.

TV and Internet are not available. Cell service using Alltel and compatible companies is available.

A screened-in-porch as the main entry to the house is great for relaxing in the evenings and early mornings.

A gas grill is available to fix those great Nebraska steaks and burgers.

All Pets must be kenneled no pets allowed in house.
